To secure a reservation during the holiday season, we require full payment one week prior to reservations date. PLEASE BE ADVISE THAT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ONCE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT OCCUR.
Cancellation of any charges should be requested 2 weeks before the day of arrival depending on the availability of the desired room category. The room rate should not be lower than the first chosen room class

In case of early departure, the remaining unused night will be charged in full.

Check in time is 2PM, and check out time is 12PM with a graced period for extra 30 minutes.

All successful reservations thru AOH Reservations & AOH Website are non-refundable but are rebookable at anytime & subject to availability. First rebooking will be charged at no-cost. Succeeding rebooking will be charged an additional 1% of the new total amount of reservations.

A damage deposit of PHP 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.  Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

There’s no age requirement for check-in

Pets are not allowed.

Aura One Hotel accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Smoking/Vaping inside the rooms will be charged at PHP 5,000.00 per room.

1. Check-in time is 2:00PM and Check-out time is at 12:00PM
2. Extra person will be charged PHP 1,000.00/night.
3. Extra beds will be charged at PHP 500.00/night.
4. Children 12 years old and below is free of charge for room but breakfast is not included. One child is free per room (bed sharing)
5. Security deposit of PHP 1,000.00 per room is required.  Refundable upon check out.
6. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and for a fee of 20% base on our room rates for 3 extra hours.
7. Earlier than 9 AM check in will be charged as 1 night equivalent. Beyond 3PM check-out will be charged as 1 night equivalent.
8. Smoking/Vaping inside the rooms will be charged at PHP 5,000.00 per room.
9. No pets allowed.
10. All hotel rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates are inclusive of applicable government taxes.
11. Breakages and losses of hotel property in the room will have corresponding charges.
12. Aura One Hotel is not liable for whatever losses and damages may occur with guest’s personal belongings.
